Before September Ends

It's been five months since my last post, and little have I blogged about what's been happening in my life. This time I was forced to be in MIA status (Missing-In-Action). By now, I guess (and hope) that most probably know that I have entered a new stage in life, something bound of bigger responsibilities and a more thrilling rollercoaster ride; motherhood.

Yes, I am a mother now, and very much happy about it myself. Last May 22nd, I gave birth to a very healthy and handsome boy. His name is Jake. You can read more about my motherhood stories as well as my son's development at my new blog called Minimomster Me. Click the link to see.

I have been so busy being a mom that it took time for me to get back to my online world. Right now I am balancing most stuff when I can; being a full time mom and part time blogger...more like 1/4 blogger.

During Labor
The image above, was me at the clinic, and I was having labor though I looked like as if I didn't. Hours later I was taken to the hospital to undergo an emergency cesarean section. I had an Abruptio Placentae (or rather I had the symptoms; bleeding when I wasn't even dilated yet and painful contractions) and in the Fetal Electrocardiogram, Jake's heart rate was dropping fast for every contraction I was having that it became a fetal distress and it was life threatening to Jake. Much thanks to our Creator, me and Jake became completely fine after the 2-hour operation.

And if there are any of you wondering what I looked like when I was pregnant, well here's a picture I'd like to share to you.

taken from my handset...obviously.
Right now, Jake is four months old and very active. I will post more about him in the Minimomster blog. So that's about it for this update intended post. Laters!
